Warranty Claims
A copy of Warrior Lacrosse's warranty policy is available on request.
Any claims under that warranty are specifically between the purchaser and Warrior Lacrosse. UKLacrosse will, without exception, handle all warranty claims provided the purchase has been made through UKLacrosse. UKLacrosse reserves the right to decline to deal with any claims where the purchase has been made from any other retailer. Where UKLacrosse agrees to handle any such claims then a handling fee will be a condition of any such agreement.

Returns Policy
UKLacrosse will accept the return or exchange of any product provided that the return is carried out in accordance with the following returns procedure -

1. the goods are returned within 14 days postmark of purchase.
2. the goods are unused and undamaged as determined by UKLacrosse.
3. return cost and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser.
4. a full refund is based upon the original purchase price less possible charge against original shipping costs if not covered within original purchase.
